Dhamma Course: Buddha and His Disciples
This 12-week course conducted by Venerable Dhammika, examines the lives and experiences of the Buddha's disciples both monastic and lay. It will also look at the Buddha as a person - what he looked like, how he taught and the effect he had upon others and his society. The Buddha and his Disciples will inform participants of aspects of Buddhism apart from actual doctrine. This is a free course and all are welcome to join. Tuesday Evening Meditation Session
Beginning 26th January 2010, the Tuesday's Evening Meditation will be haveing a new time slot. The session will begin at 7:00pm with 45 minutes of yoga followed by45 minutes of meditation. The yoga session will be conducted by a professional yoga instructor, Mr Upali Kong. You are free to join us for just the yoga session if you are not interested in meditating. Please note that the meditation session may not be suitable for those who have no experience in meditation. If you are a beginner who is interested in picking up meditation do contact us.
